General Terms and Conditions

The general terms and conditions of the online store IKO9 doo, hereinafter www.livingwalls.si, are drawn up in accordance with current legislation.

We reserve the right to make subsequent changes to the general terms and conditions of business without special notice, whereby the changes apply from the moment of publication and are binding on the user from then on.

By placing an order with IKO9 doo or on the website www.livingwalls.si, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the addendum to these terms and conditions, which are published on this site on the day of the sale. We recommend that you read and print a copy to ensure that you understand all of the terms.

The online store is open every day, 24 hours a day. We reserve the right to limit or completely stop the sale of some or even all products for a specified or indefinite period of time, or to limit or completely stop access to the website of the online store for a specified or indefinite period of time.

After reviewing the offer in the online store, next to the products you want to order, select the "add to cart" option, specify the quantity and the other options offered.

When you have finished selecting the products, select the "Basket" option, where you can edit the products. The selected products are collected in a basket, which you can check at any time and edit the products in it, change the product quantities and selected details and/or remove them from the list.

To complete your purchase, you select a delivery method and a payment method. In order to continue the purchase, it is necessary to agree to the general terms and conditions of business.

You also submit the delivery address or the billing address, if it differs from the delivery address. It is necessary to enter the name, surname, address, postal code, city, email address, telephone number and company address if you want delivery to the company address.

Before submitting the order, check the order one last time (selected product, quantity and details), the selected method of delivery, payment and submitted data and complete the purchase. By clicking on the "buy" button, you will place the order and complete the purchase.

After the order has been placed in this way, we will send you an order confirmation to your e-mail address, which will contain the order information or instructions for paying for the products according to the proforma invoice. The purchase is completed when you receive our order confirmation by email.

After receiving the payment, we will send you the ordered products.

If you decide to pay cash on delivery, you will pay the purchase price to the package deliverer.

• The following payment methods are available in our online store:
• cash on delivery (the buyer pays the cost of the purchase upon delivery)
• but you can also use the Paypal payment system and Mastercard and VISA credit cards.

Prices shown are in local currency and valid at the time of publication, but are subject to change. When purchasing, we will take into account the price valid at the time of placing the individual order. Prices already include value added tax (VAT).

After delivery of the ordered items, IKO9 doo also sends the customer an invoice in pdf format to the customer's e-mail address. In the case of personal collection at the collection point, the buyer receives a printed invoice for the purchased items upon collection. The invoice contains a breakdown of the price and all costs related to the purchase, as well as a notice of the right to withdraw from the contract. The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the data before placing the order. We do not take into account objections made later regarding the correctness of the issued invoices.

You can submit orders every day from 0:00 to 24:00. Orders received from Monday to Friday before 12 noon will be dispatched within 3 to 5 working days. The time for transfer and delivery of the shipment is a maximum of 10 days. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be shipped within the first three following business days.

IKO9 shall not be liable or in breach of contract for late delivery of an order or for failure to deliver an order due to causes beyond its control or the control of its forwarders, including but not limited to force majeure, civil unrest, industrial disputes, riots, floods and legislation.

If your ordered products arrive damaged, do not meet your expectations or you received the wrong products, please contact us by email or phone within 14 working days of receiving the products. We will arrange for an exchange, credit or refund. The buyer must return the purchased goods in their original packaging, unused and undamaged. A copy of the invoice must be attached.

It is considered that the consumer returns the goods on time if they are sent before the expiry of the 14 day return period.

If the product you intended to buy happens to be out of stock, we will notify you. At that time, you can cancel the order in its entirety, confirm a partial order, or confirm that you will wait until the product is back in stock. We apologize for the inconvenience such a situation may cause you.

All products are inspected before shipping to the customer and shipped undamaged. We will carefully pack your products in a delivery box so that they reach you undamaged.

In the event of a product defect, the buyer has the right to request that the defective product be replaced with a new flawless product or that the amount paid be returned or that the product defect be rectified. Products can only be exchanged upon presentation of an invoice or copies of invoices.

By submitting your personal data and agreeing to these general terms and conditions, you consent to us collecting, using and storing your data. We will use them exclusively for the purposes stated when you provide them. We will protect your information from misuse, unauthorized access, loss, disclosure, alteration or destruction.

When visiting our website or during the purchase process, we request personal data from you. Their intervention is voluntary. Below we describe the types of personal data we collect, how we use and protect your data, and the ways you can contact us.
